* 1 cup Sweet Boondi
* 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
* 1 teaspoon Rose water
* Saffron strands – a few
* 10 Badam (Almond) – blanched

5. Getting ahead with the Boondi Ki Kheer RecipeAdd milk in a sauce pan on medium high flame and bring it to a brisk boil.
6. Once the milk has boiled, reduce the flame to medium- low, add in the saffron strands, and cardamom and let the milk reduce to half its volume.
7. We are looking for a creamy, thick kheer.
8. Once it reduces to half its quantity, turn off the flame.
9. At this stage add in the rose water, almond slivers and the sweet boondi.
