### Ingredients for Mee Bakso Recipe – Indonesian Meatball Noodle Soup:

* 100 grams Hakka Noodles
* 1-1/2 cups Water
* 2 teaspoons Garlic – finely chopped
* 2 teaspoons Ginger – finely chopped
* 1 Fresh Red Chilli – sliced diagonally
* 1/3 cup Carrots (Gajjar) – cut into juliennes
* 1/3 cup Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) – cut into juliennes
* 1/3 cup Green bell peppers – cut intojuliennes
* Salt – to taste
* 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
* 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
* 1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens
* 200 grams Chicken breasts – cut into cubes
* 1 Dry Red Chilli
* 4 cloves Garlic

### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Mee Bakso Recipe – Indonesian Meatball Noodle Soup:

1. we will first boil the noodles and keep it ready.
2. Heat a saucepan with 1 cup of water, and bring to a rolling boil.
3. Add the noodles and allow them to cook for about 3-4 minutes.
4. After which, check if they are soft as required, continue to cook for a minute or two if you like it more soft.
5. Ensure the noodles are not over cooked.
6. Turn off the flame, drain the excess water from the noodles, run it under cold water to prevent it from cooking further.
7. Smear the noodles with a little oil, to prevent it from sticking to each other and keep it aside.
8. To make the chicken meatballsIn a mixer jar combine, the chicken pieces along with the garlic, salt and red chilli.
9. Grind to make a mince.
10. Transfer this mixture into a bowl.
11. Grease your palms with oil, take a tablespoon of the meatball mixture and make meat balls of equal portions using up all the mice.
12. Place it on a plate and set aside.
13. Heat a pan with oil on medium flame, add the ginger, garlic, red chilli.
14. Saute for about a minute.
15. Next to this add the both the bell peppers, carrots, salt and stir fry for 2 minutes, until cooked, yet crunchy.
16. To this add water, and soy sauce and bring  to a rolling boil.
17. Once the Mee Bakso soup comes to rolling boil, reduce the flame, add the prepared meatballs and allow them to cook, leaving its flavors in the soup.
18. Next add in some pepper and spring onion greens and turn off the flame.
19. Finally stir in the noodles and give the Mee Bakso Soup a good mix and serve hot.
20. Serve Mee Bakso along with Chinese Tacos (Salad Taco with Hot and Sweet Vegetables) -Fusion Recipe, followed by a dessert of Greek Yogurt Chocolate Mousse Recipe.
