* 1 Onion – chopped
* 4 cloves Garlic – chopped
* 2 teaspoons Ginger Paste
* 1/8 teaspoon Sugar
* 2 teaspoons Sambal paste
* 2 teaspoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
* 1 Lemon – sliced
* Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – a bunch
* 1/4 cup Water
