* 1 tablespoon Onion powder
* 8 to 10 cloves Garlic – minced
* 1-1/2 teaspoon Garlic – finely chopped
* Salt – to taste

* 2 teaspoons Dried oregano
* Mozzarella cheese –
* 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
* 2 Whole Eggs – beaten
* Sunflower Oil – for deep frying
* 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
