### Ingredients for Rava Fried Prawns Recipe:

* 20 Prawns
* 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
* Salt – to taste
* 1/2 cup Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
* 1/4 cup Rice flour
* 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* Salt – a pinch
* 4 tablespoons Sunflower Oil

### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Rava Fried Prawns Recipe:

1. de-shell the prawns, remove the vein and wash properly.
2. Marinate the prawns for 30 minutes with  salt, turmeric powder and chili powder.
3. Take a plate and add the rice flour, rawa, pinch of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder and chili powder.
4. Mix well to combine.
5. Coat the marinated prawns in the rava and rice flour mix.
6. Ensure that it is fully coated.
7. Heat a pan and spread 1 tablespoon oil.
8. Add more if required.
9. Place the rava coated prawns on the pan and fry on low flame.
10. After 10 minutes turn them to the other side.
11. Fry them for 20 minutes.
12. You know they are done when they turn golden brown on the outside.
13. Always fry prawns on low heat and do not cover it while frying.
14. Once done transfer the Rava Fried Prawns onto a serving plate and serve.
