* 1 Wood apple (bael fruit)
* 2 tablespoons Jaggery – or sugar
* Black Salt (Kala Namak) – to taste
* 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
* 1 Lemon juice
* Mint Leaves (Pudina) – as required
* Water – chilled
* Ice cubes

1. muddle the mint leaves and keep aside.
2. Break open the fruit by hitting on the floor.
3. Scoop out the pulp in a large bowl using a spoon or a scooper.
4. Pour in some water and mash the pulp with your hands so as to separate the seeds.
5. Now strain the liquid using a sieve separating the seeds and the fiber.
6. Repeat the process once again, adding some more water.
