* 1/2 कप मैदा (ऑल पर्पस आटा)
* 1/2 कप गेहूं का आटा
* 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच अजवाइन
* 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच पूरी काली मिर्च – पीस ले
* हींग – चुटकी भर
* हल्दी पाउडर – चुटकी भर
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
* 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
* पानी – प्रयोग अनुसार
