* तेल – प्रयोग अनुसार
* 1-1/2 कप बेसन
* 2 प्याज – पतला काट ले
* 1/2 शिमला मिर्च (लाल) – काट ले
* 1/2 शिमला मिर्च (पिली) – काट ले
* 1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
* पानी – प्रयोग अनुसार
* हरा धनिया – प्रयोग अनुसार (बारीक काट ले)
