* 1/2 cup broccoli – finely chopped
* 1 capsicum (green) – finely chopped
* 1 capsicum (red) – finely chopped
* 1 onion – finely chopped
* 2 green chillies – finely chopped
* 3 cloves garlic – finely chopped
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* coriander – finely chopped (little)
* 2 teaspoons black pepper powder
* salt – 1 tablespoon oil
* as per taste

1. To make Broccoli and Pepper Rice, firstly cook the rice.
