* 1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
* 1 tablespoon Whole Black Peppercorns
* 2 teaspoons Black Salt (Kala Namak)
* 3 tablespoons Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
* 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
