### Ingredients for Curd Jantikalu Recipe – Crispy Curd Snacks:

* 1 cup Rice flour
* 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
* 3/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
* 3 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
* 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
* Red Chilli powder – as per taste
* Salt – to taste
* 1/4 cup Butter
* Sunflower Oil – as required
* Water – as required

### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Curd Jantikalu Recipe – Crispy Curd Snacks:

1. take a bowl and add rice flour and all purpose flour in a bowl.
2. Add red chilli powder, sesame seeds, carom seeds and salt.
3. Mix everything together.
4. Add melted butter and mix all dry ingredients together.
5. Now take 3/4 cup of curd and add it slowly and mix.
6. At last add little water if needed and make a soft dough.
7. Take janthikalu press (sevai maker machine) and grease it with oil.
8. Use disc with large holes.
9. Now take the dough and fill 3/4 of janthikalu and press it to get the desired shape.
10. Meanwhile, heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
11. Once the oil is hot, fry jantikalu until they turn brown in colour.
12. Store them in an airtight container.
13. Serve Curd Jantikalu along with hot Masala chai and Linzer cookies for your tea time break.
