* 2 tablespoons Mustard oil
* 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
* 1/2 teaspoon Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds) – or kalonji

* 2 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds) – split
