* 5 tablespoons Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1/4 teaspoon Methi Powder (Fenugreek Powder)
* 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* Salt – to taste
* 20 Curry leaves
