* 2 cups Khaman dhokla – crumbled
* 1 Onion – finely chopped
* 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
* 2 Green Chillies – finely chopped
* 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
* 1/4 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – Few sprigs finely chopped
* Sunflower Oil – for cooking

8. After a minute add the crumbled dhoklas to the pan, stir well to combine.
9. Turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
