* 1/4 cup Rice flour
* 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) – finely chopped
* 1 Onion – finely chopped
* 1 Carrot (Gajjar) – grated
* 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
* Salt – to taste
* 1/2 teaspoon Enos fruit salt
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* Sunflower Oil
* Chaat Masala Powder – for sprinkling
