* 1 कप हरी मूंग दाल
* 1/2 कप चावल
* 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
* 2 हरी मिर्च
* 1 प्याज – काट ले
* 1/2 इंच अदरक – कस ले
* तेल – प्रयोग अनुसार
