* 1 Whole Egg
* 3 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped
* 3 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina) – finely chopped

* Sunflower Oil – for shallow frying

4. Take a portion, roll into ball shape and then flatten into discs.
