* 1 Fresh coconut – grated
* 1 liter Milk
* 3/4 cup Sugar – adjustable
* 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
* 1 tablespoon Badam (Almond) – chopped
* 1 tablespoon Whole cashews – chopped
* 1 tablespoon Pistachios – chopped
* Saffron strands – a pinch

1. crush and soak the saffron strands in 1 teaspoon warm milk.
2. In a thick bottom pan, bring the rest of the milk to boil on a medium heat.
