* 2 Seer fish – cleaned and cut
* 2 sprig Curry leaves
* 1 cup Tamarind Water
* 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 cup Coconut milk
* 1 Lemon juice
* Salt – to taste
* Coconut Oil – as required
* 1 Onion – sliced
* 2 Dry Red Chillies
* 4 cloves Garlic
* 1 inch Ginger – chopped
* 1 Green Chilli – chopped

1. we will first grind the ingredients mentioned in the list to a coarse paste including onion, dry red chillies, garlic, ginger, green chillies and keep it aside.
2. Marinate the fish with lemon juice, turmeric powder, salt and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
