* 15 Fresh Red chillies – chopped
* 15 cloves Garlic – chopped
* 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
* 2 teaspoons Mustard seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
* Salt – to taste
