### Ingredients for Sabudana Khatti Meethi Namkeen Recipe:

* 1/2 cup Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls)
* 1 cup Raw Peanuts (Moongphali)
* 15-20 Cashew nuts
* 15-20 Raisins
* 8-10 Curry leaves
* Sunflower Oil – to fry
* 1 teaspoon Rock Salt
* 1 tablespoon Sugar – powdered
* 1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns – ground

### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Sabudana Khatti Meethi Namkeen Recipe:

1. in a Kadai heat some oil.
2. Drop one pearl of sabudana in hot oil to test if it is heated optimally.
3. If it rises instantly to the surface, the oil is ready to fry.
4. Add sabudana to oil and let the sabudana fry and puff up for a couple of minutes without changing its colour.
5. Remove sabudana on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb extra oil.
6. In the similar way, fry the peanuts till golden brown in colour.
7. Be careful not to over fry them for they will taste bitter.
8. Remove the fried peanuts on the plate lined with paper towel along with sabudana.
9. Now in a Shallow pan, add a few drops of oil and shallow fry cashews till golden brown.
10. Add them to the peanut-sabudana plate.
11. Then add raisins to the same pan and toss it in oil till they puff up.
12. Once done transfer to the plate.
13. Finally saute, washed and dried curry leaves and chopped green chillies till they turn crisp.
14. Transfer everything to a bowl, add powdered sugar,salt and ground black pepper.
15. Toss everything together and transfer to an airtight container upon cooling.
16. Enjoy whenever hunger kicks in.
17. Serve Sabudana Khatti Meethi Namkeen during evening along with Irani chai recipe.
