* 2-3 cloves Garlic – minced
* 1/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) – beaten
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/2 teaspoon Curry powder
* Salt – to taste
* 1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder
* 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Curried Couscous Recipe:
1. To begin with Curried Couscous, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and add garlic and onions.
2. Saute for a minute or until the onions are light brown in colour.
3. Now add green beans, peas, celery, spinach and tomato.
