* 1 Mango (Raw) – grated
* 1 cup Fresh coconut
* 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
* 1/2 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
* 1 inch Ginger
* 2 Green Chillies
* 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
* Salt – to taste
* 1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 2 Dry Red Chilli
* Sunflower Oil – for tempering
