* 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 4 cloves Garlic – chopped finely
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
* 2 teaspoons Gram flour (besan) – optional                                                                       Salt to taste
