* 1-1/2 Whole Wheat Flour
* Salt – to taste
* 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
* Ghee – to cook
* 1/2 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
* 1/2 cup Yellow Moong Dal (Split) – washed and soaked
* 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) – finely chopped
* 1 Onion – finely chopped
* 1 inch Ginger – finely chopped
* 3 cloves Garlic – finely chopped
* 1 Green Chilli – finely chopped
* Salt – to taste
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)

1. we will first make the dough. *For the doughIn a large mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, and salt and make the paratha dough with the water that the dal was cooked in.
