* 6 बैंगन
* 1 कप नारीयल का दूध
* 1 कप इमली का पानी
* तेल – पकाने के लिए
* 1/2 कप नारीयल
* 10 छोटे प्याज़
* 1 छोटी चमच्च हल्दि
* 4 लहसुन – टुकड़े
* 1 इंच अदरक
* 4 बड़ा चमच्च धंसक मसाला

1. To create a ringing attitude, first of all fry the brinjals and make four incisions between them, and make sure that they are cast.
2. Grind the stuffing saree materials in a blender to a fine paste.
3. Fill this paste in the brinjal with the top.
4. In a non stick pan, take oil, and cook the eggplants on low heat until they become soft.
5. Heat the pressure cooker, take oil lentils and saute the brinjals on a high flame till they become soft, push the cooker, and cook for 3 whistles after adding a little water.
6. Meanwhile, take coconut milk in a bowl and add tamarind water to it.
7. Take it in a non stick pan and cook the cooked brinjals for 5 minutes, taking care not to break the brinjal.
8. Serve the Ringan attitude with a meal of phulka and rice.
