* 2 Cloves (Laung)
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* Salt – to taste
* 1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped

1. To begin preparing the Moong Ki Khichdi With Palak Ki Kadhi, soak the whole moong, basmati Rice, chana dal and moong daal together in a mixing bowl with water for an hour.
2. Heat a cooker with ghee and add cloves, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
3. Let them splutter and add all the vegetables and all the spices with salt and mix them well.
4. Add soaked and drained Moong khichdi mixture in it and let them cook until the cooker releases 3 whistles.
5. After 3 whistle, turn off the gas and let the cooker to be cool.
6. Serve Moong Ki Khichdi with Gujarati Kadhi for a light and healthy meal.
