* 5 tablespoons Meat masala
* Salt – to taste
* 1 Onion – chopped
* 1 Tomato – chopped
* 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste – (optional)
* 3 tablespoons Mustard oil
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
