* 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – chopped
* 1 teaspoon Thai Red Curry Paste
* 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
* 1 Whole Egg
* Salt – to taste
* 1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
* Sunflower Oil

1. add the corn kernels into a mixer and keep some aside for the extra crunch to your fritter.
2. Blitz the remaining corn to a smooth mixture in a mixer jar.
