* 200 grams Green Chillies
* 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
* 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
* 1/2 tablespoon Salt
* 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/4 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
* 1/2 tablespoon Fennel Powder
* 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
* 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1. take green chillies and cut into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add mustard seeds.
3. Once the mustard seeds starts to crackle, add green chillies.

6. Once it is cooked, then add lime juice and sugar.
7. Mix well and cook for another one minute.
