* 2 Green Chilli – finely chopped
* 1 Onion – finely chopped
* 1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped

* Butter – for toasting
* 4 tablespoons Green Chutney (Coriander & Mint)
* 8 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
* 4 tablespoons Sweet Chutney (Date & Tamarind)
* Chaat Masala Powder – as required

1. firstly peel the boiled potatoes and mash them up in a mixing bowl.
