* 1 Tomato – finely chopped

* 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* 1 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – finely chopped
* Sunflower Oil – to cook
* Salt – to taste
