* 3 Green Chillies – or Jalapenos chopped
* 1 Onion – finely chopped
* 3 teaspoons Baking powder
* 1 tablespoon Butter – + 2 more tablespoons (or sunflower oil)
* 1 Whole Egg – whisked
* 1/2 cup Sweet corn
* 1 cup Buttermilk
* 2 teaspoons Sugar
* Salt – to taste
