* Salt – to taste
* 1 Mor Milagai (Dried Green Chillies)
* Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – small bunch
* 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
* 1/3 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* Asafoetida (hing) – a pinch
* Water – as needed
* 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
