* 1 cup Rice – soaked for 4 to 5 hours
* Sunflower Oil – for drizzling
* Salt – to taste

### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Maharashtrian Ghavan Recipe – Rice Flour Crepes:

1. soak the rice in water overnight or 5 to 6 hours.
2. Once soaked well.
3. Grind into a smooth thick batter adding little water at a time.
4. Transfer the ground Ghavan batter into a bowl and add the salt and some more water to  adjust the consistency of the Ghavan to ensure it is not very thick nor very thin.
5. Cover the batter and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Heat a non-stick tawa and spread a little oil on it.
7. Stir the batter and pour the batter from the edge of the pan moving towards the center.
8. Spread evenly.
9. Reduce the heat.
10. Drizzle little oil all around and cook it until light brown.
11. Now flip it and cook it on other side too.
12. Transfer Ghavan on a serving plate and serve immediately.
