* 1 Onion – finely chopped
* 1 Tomato – chopped
* 1 cup Whole Black Peppercorns – frozen and thawed
* 1 clove Garlic
* 2 Green Chillies – chopped
* 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
* 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder
* 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
* 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. heat one tablespoon olive oil in a skillet or wok and add the finely chopped onions into it.
2. Saute the onions for couple of minutes till they become soft.
