* 6 Whole Eggs
* 1 Onion – finely chopped
* 1 Tomato – finely chopped
* 2 Green Chillies – finely chopped
* 6 cloves Garlic – grated
* 2 tablespoon Butter
* 3 tablespoon Fresh cream
* Salt – to taste
* Coriander (Dhania) Leaves – for garnish

### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Akuri Recipe (Parsi Style Seasoned Scrambled Eggs):

1. first chop onions, tomatoes and green chilies finely.
2. Grate garlic cloves.
3. Keep aside until ready to cook the Akuri.
4. Break all the eggs into a bowl, add salt to taste, pour in the cream and whisk well.
