* 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan)
* 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
* 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing) – 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
* Salt – to taste

1. remove the top stem carefully and cut the capsicum into two equal halves vertically, and deseed it.
