* 300 grams Banana Stem – peeled and cut into dices
* 1/2 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 2 Green Chillies
* 2 sprig Curry leaves
* Salt – to taste
* 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
* 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 teaspoon White Urad Dal (Split)
* 1 sprig Curry leaves

1. prepare all the ingredients and keep them aside.
2. Add the banana stem into the pressure cooker, add 1/4 cup of water and salt and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
