* 500 ग्राम्स गुंदे
* 1 छोटा चमच्च मेथी के दाने
* तेल – प्रयोग अनुसार
* पानी – प्रयोग अनुसार
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हींग
* 1 छोटा चमच्च सौंफ
* 1/2 छोटा चमच्च राइ
* 1 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
* नमक – प्रयोग अनुसार
* 1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
* 1 छोटा चमच्च अमचूर
* हरा धनिया – थोड़ा

2. Remove the seeds from the goon and keep it aside for 1 hour.

4. Add cumin, rye, fennel, fenugreek and jing to it.
5. Allow to cook for 1 minute and mix the goons in the wheels.
6. Mix well and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, mango powder and salt to it.
7. Mix all and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
8. After 3 to 4 minutes, turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander.
