* 1/2 cup Apples – peeled and diced
* 1/2 tablespoon Butter
* Honey – or brown sugar to taste
* 1/2 cup Apple – cut into wedges or diced
* 1/2 cup Strawberries – sliced
* Muesli – as required

1. clean and wash broken wheat and soak it in water for an hour.
