* 1 green chili – finely chopped
* 1 carrot – tightly

* 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
* ghee – coriander – little (for garnish)
* salt – as per taste

3. Cook onion till it turns golden.

5. Cook until the capsicum becomes soft.
6. After it becomes soft, add grated carrots, cooked rice and mix.
7. After mixing, add salt, red chili powder and black pepper powder.
8. Mix and cover the pan.
9. Allow to cook for 2 minutes, open the pan and garnish with green coriander.
10. Serve carrot and capsicum pulao along with boondi raita and papad for dinner.
