* 2 कप हंग दही
* 2 कप गोभी – छोटा छोटा काट ले
* 1 ककड़ी – छीलकर काट ले
* 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा पाउडर – सेक ले
* 2 हरी मिर्च – बारीक काट ले
* नमक – स्वाद अनुसार
* तेल – प्रयोग अनुसार
* हरा धनिया – थोड़ा
