* 1 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 1/2 cup Jaggery – crumbled
* 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
* 1 teaspoon Ghee
### Step-by-Step Instructions to Make Coconut Jaggery Burfi Recipe:
1. add ghee, grease a plate and keep aside.
2. Take coconut and jaggery in a pan and cook on medium flame stirring with ladle.
3. Add cardamom powder and mix.
4. Keep stirring continously into the mixture starts coming together leaving sides of the pan.
5. Remove from flame and add the coconut mixture to a greased plate.
6. Spread and level the surface.
7. Allow to cool a bit.
8. Cut into squares when it is warm.
9. It becomes slightly firm when cooled.
