* 1/4 cup Black sesame seeds
* 1 tablespoon White Urad Dal (Split)
* 1/4 cup Fresh coconut – grated
* 5 Dry Red Chillies
* Curry leaves – a few
* 20 grams Tamarind – soaked in water
* Salt – to taste
* 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
* 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds

1. soak tamarind in a very little water.
2. Dry roast urad dal until lightly roasted and browned.
3. Stir in the black sesame seeds, dry chillies, fresh grated coconutRoast for a few minutes.
4. In a mixer grinder, add sesame seeds, tamarind with water, red chillies, urad dal & salt to taste.
5. Grind it to a smooth, thick paste.
6. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
7. In a tadka pan, heat oil on low flame and add mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
8. Immediately add curry leaves and allow to crackle for 5 seconds or more.
