* 1 cup Almond Meal (Badam Powder)
* 3/4 cup Icing Sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon Salt
* 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
* 5 Egg whites
* 3/4 cup Butter
* Butter – for greasing pans

1. we will first grease the Financiers Molds or the mini muffin molds and keep aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
