* 1 Onion – sliced
* 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
* 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 2 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali)
* 1 sprig Curry leaves
* 1 tablespoon Sambar Powder
* 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
* Salt – to taste
* Sunflower Oil
