* 3 Green Chillies – adjustable
* 6 cloves Garlic
* Salt – to taste
* Water – as required
* Sunflower Oil – as required
* 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
* 2 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
