* 1 cup Horse Gram Dal (Kollu/ Kulith)
* 6 Byadagi Dried Chillies
* 6 Guntur Dried Chillies
* 10 sprig Curry leaves
* Tamarind – Small lemon size
* 1 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
* Salt – to taste
