* 1 छोटा चम्मच घी
* 1 छोटा चम्मच तेज पत्ता
* 2 बड़ी इलाइची
* 4 इलाइची पाउडर
* 1 दालचीनी
* 5 बड़ा चम्मच सरसों का तेल – या कोई भी तेल
* 1/2 कप पानी

2. Cut tomatoes in a mixer grinder and grind them.

16. Add the pan, garam masala powder, ghee, mix, cover the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes.
17. Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander.
